Return & Refund Policy – District Dunk

At District Dunk, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility
You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration not caused by us

3. Return Process

Include your order number and reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Important:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again

  • Then contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us with details and photos of the issue.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.

8. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
